What a great way to start the new year! The staff at this hotel were simply amazing, always ready to help and with a smile on their faces. The location is perfect, just a short walk away from the main attractions and with plenty of parking nearby. The room was very comfortable, with cozy beds and a beautiful decor that added a touch of romance to our stay. What we enjoyed the most were the delicious dinners offered by the hotel, a true culinary experience that made our new year's celebration even more special.

That the bathroom could have been better maintained, but nothing that really affected our overall impression of the hotel. We also felt a bit chilly in the room during the winter months, but that is to be expected in Morocco.

He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, providing us with a map of Fes and offering his assistance via WhatsApp for any questions we had. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean, and we especially loved the comfortable pillows. The location of the riad was perfect, just a short walk from Bab Boujloud and the bustling souk.
